Use of this artwork by any party other than Moonlight signs and Graphics for any purpose what ever is prohibited without a signed release from Moonlight Signs & Graphics. Any and all Fees for design are for internal projects only. This does not grant the end user a Finished copy of the logo for other purposes in digital form. (Much like a photographer- Charging for a sitting fee and not relinquishing his negatives). All artwork(as whole) Produced for any client shall remain reserved for that client. Design elements used may be used in other projects at our Discretion.

LIABILITY:

Limited to the replacement of merchandise supplied by Moonlight Signs & Graphics.

Moonlight Signs & Graphics is not responsible for loss or damage related to the installation of others.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

Moonlight Signs & Graphics will repair, or at its' option, replace any product that we manufacture that fails due to defective workmanship for a period of 90 days from invoice date. Moonlight Signs & Graphics makes no other warranties, expressed nor implied regarding its' products. Moonlight Signs & Graphics shall not be liable for damages beyond the price paid to Moonlight Signs & Graphics for the product manufactured by Moonlight Signs & Graphics and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Due to the Nature of the business, products are custom made to order, and in most cases not returnable. If you cancel an order, you are responsible for any work in progress, and the cost of any specially ordered materials
